Haye is an experienced teacher, preacher, and lecturer on faith, health, and spirituality. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Northern Caribbean University and Andrews University in theology and counseling. Chaplain Haye holds a post-graduate certificate in Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle from Vanderbilt University. In addition, he earned a Master of Public Health degree from the State University of New York, Albany. Chaplain Haye has served the church as an ordained minister, teacher, and health educator. He is a Board-Certified Chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains. Chaplain Haye is a member of the American Psychological Association. He currently serves as the Director of Pastoral Care, Ethics, and Volunteer services at Texas Health Mansfield. Pastor Haye is married to Stacey- Ann Haye (nee Linton). The union has produced one son, Caleb. Stacey-Ann is a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW). His philosophy, "The mind controlled by Christ is the measure of the man," has characterized his ministry and service.
