Throy Campbell, PhD Founder of CultivateurFaith Ministries Host of CultivateurFaith Podcast Bio Sketch Meredith Rockeymoore Brooks, MD, MPH is a Pain Management Physician at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. She is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of North Texas School of Osteopathic Medicine and is active mentoring students, working with patients and conducting research. She first became interested in pediatric pain during an advanced pediatric anesthesia fellowship training at Stanford Children’s Health, which was followed by pediatric pain and adult pain medicine fellowships at Stanford Hospital. Dr. Brooks has also received medical acupuncture training which she integrates into her clinical practice. Dr. Brooks graduated from Prairie View A&M University, and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she earned a certificate in health policy and received a Master’s in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her anesthesia residency at Harvard Medical School Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Dr. Brooks is a board certified anesthesiologist, pediatric anesthesiologist, and pain physician by the American Board of Anesthesiology. She is also a board certified physician acupuncturist by the American Board of Medical Acupuncture. On her free time she loves to cook, read, and travel. She is a proud wife to Jeremiah and mother to three children Zoe, Anaiah, and Joshua.
