Shushannah Smith is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. Professor Smith has a passion for illuminating the world of mathematics through awareness and education. She has taught at the university level for 22 years and going, holds three degrees and is working on a fourth. She is a Ford Foundation, HI Bridge to Academia and Center for the Advancement of STEM Leadership (CASL) Fellow.
